I am at the point where calling lesbian chlines is not a smart and wise thing to do! The women on most women on there are not really lesbians "to me" if you went all the way with a man you not lesbian you are bisexual!! ThThe lines have few lesbians and to many bisexuals!, to many unintelegent less intelegent women and thye they Twelve years ago you can call up and find honesty was plentyful, friendship was real, spirits were up and if you wanted a relationship you were bound to make it happen. Women knew th difference between friendship and dating. Am I the only one who experienced this shift of change? ake no sense!

It is complicated
When I was younger there was no Bi. Now I think women are free to try both sides before you make a decision. That is truly what should be desired....the freedom and lack of fear to try out relationships. At some point I think most people make a choice and then you are what your partner is. Women need to be honest and define themselves completly.

Lesbian
I knew when I was 14 or so, that I was a lesbian. But I went back into the closet for 3 years or so , and caused a lot of trouble for myself. I'm glad I can be open about my sexuality now. :)

Hmm...
it's kinda sad to see that we're living in a world full of labels. Can't a person be attracted to both men and women? Sometimes, i find myself being attracted to women too. Maybe I'm just someone who is attracted to beautiful human beings, or to the finer things in life? Or maybe I'm just a bi? I've never been with a woman before... so that must make me a bi? Or just a bi-curious? Maybe I'm a bi-curious. This is so confusing. The reason I joined this website is to find myself and to know about lesbians and lesbianism. but mainly to find friends who are lesbians and who i can talk to about what i'm going through. if no straight gals or bi are allowed here, then i really don't know where else should i go?

My Opinion...
It is absolutly ridiculous to think if a girl has gone 'all the way' with a guy then she's not a lesbian. When i was younger i regretably went 'all the way' with a guy, but now i'm a lesbian. So that assumption is a load of crap... I dont like people saying their bi, you're either gay, lesbian, straight or undesided. I also think you should have desided by the end of high school, cause all that 'i like boys and girls' is such high school bull...

Grateful
As an older woman who has waited her whole life to come out, I am grateful for this forum. I have made choices. I married young, had a child with a man and have carried on for many years well established as "heterosexual"; all the time knowing that one day the truth would be told.
Some women who post here may not have the truth at heart, some are questioning, some don't know which way is up. Cut them some slack.
Clearly, this is not a place to talk about your boyfriend or husband.
Understand that we all come to the acceptance of ourselves and our place in this world and with knowing that we love women from a variety of experiences. Some of those experiences include men.
Let's support each other as we embrace and learn to love the women in our lives, no matter where we are in their journey.

Totally complicated but...
When I was around 13 I knew I was gay and I'm pretty certain that I was created that way...i'm talking genetics here. I'm very open minded so I won't rule out that a person can make a choice to be with men or women, but deep down I still believe that a person's genetic make-up ultimately pulls them in one direction or another, but yea its complicated especially with all the social stigma out there. If there are straight, gay, and lesbian people out there, it is not too hard to imagine that there are people that are Bi too.
