Advice Answer

so...im your typical straight girl who now is unsure and happens to like her friend of nine years who is bisexual....i found it convenient to tell her only to find out that she only sees me as a friend. Should i continue with hopes or just let it go?

the only thing i could tell u would be that u kinda have 2 choices either u tell her honestly how u feel about her and ask her honestly how she feels about u. and honestly if she flirts with u and does things to make u feel any differently like if theres a chance she might like u more then a friend then ask her why she does those things. but if she honestly only sees u as a friend then the choice is yours if u can put ur feelings aside and stay friends with her then go for it. but if u cant be friends with her because of ur feelings for her then try to figure sumthing else out or maybe try distancing ur self from her. but to be quite honest do what u think is best for u.

let it go, if it is something is going to happen between the two of you it will happen. You can't force it nor can you prevent it. I wouldn't consider yourself typical. What is typical anyway?

Friends r just that friends,if u get in a relationship wit her it wont work. Then u've lost the relationship and the friendship.

I had the same thing happen to me but now my friend is kind of mean to be because i told her i liked her like at first she was like oh thats cool and it made us more open but i think you should let it go, maybe you will find someone nicer who likes you back.

Don't give up.
=)
