Does this make me a bad girlfriend?!
I'm 21, out to all my family and friends. My gf and I have been together it'll be 5 months in Feb but I seem to have issues w/ PDA. I don't jerk away when she touches me but I look intensely uncomfortable was how she put it. I can't really tell if I'm afraid of people saying something to us, to me, to her or doing something. I assume a part of me must think that if I'm acting all weird. I am really in love with this woman and I do not ever want her for a nanosecond for her to think anything other than that. Maybe I'm straight.........no jk!! :) Thanks to whoever responds to this.

Society is becoming more accepting of the gay community, HOWEVER, the fact of the matter is that acceptance is not universal and there are real "hate" issues out there. I see you are from Indiana. My last experience proved Indiana to be grossly homophobic. With that said, ask yourself what the real issue is. Are you afraid? Afraid for your well being? Afraid what others will think? Are you embarrassed? Embarrassed of your girlfriend? Your identity? What is it that really makes you uncomfortable (& don't try kidding yourself)? I suppose once you dig deep and answer this question, you will know whether or not you are a good or bad girlfriend. Best of luck!
