I was in a 3 year relationship.The breakup was mutual and we have been good friends for the past three months, but now I find myself become sad and bitter, mainly because she is now talking to someone of interest. How can I get over her and my feelings? I feel so stupid for being sad and crying...does anyone have any remedies? Should I limit my communication and visits with her?
